Shipping policy
Order Handling Time
- Order Handling Time is typically three (3) Standard Business Days.
- The Date your Order is placed is considered Day Zero (0).
Changes to Shipping Address
- If you need to change the Delivery Address, you must cancel the
existing and place a new order using the correct address. Please
request to cancel your order immediately, or it may be too late, and your order will ship to the original address given when the order was placed.
*PLEASE NOTE* You will not be able to cancel your order if it is
already shipped/ in shipping progress.
Carriers
- Standard Shipping is typically via USPS Ground Advantage
(7-10 business days)
- We reserve the right to make Carrier and Service Level selection based upon operating conditions and order size, weight, destination and value.
- We are unable to accommodate requests for specific Carriers.
Expedited Shipping Services
- Options to Expedite Shipping for an additional cost. Free expedited shipping for orders over $500.00
(2-4 business days)
- After you place your Order we will not be able to change or upgrade your Shipping method
International Shipping
- We do not ship internationally at this time, and we only ship to the contiguous U.S
Signature Confirmation
- Orders valued at $500 or more are shipped with Signature
Confirmation required.
- If you are not available to receive your Signature Confirmation
shipment and it is Returned To Sender you will be subject to a Reship Fee.
Tracking Numbers
- All Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.
Carrier Delays
- Our responsibility is to ship your Order within the Stated Handling Time displayed by at the time your Order was placed.
- We are not responsible for Carrier Delays due to operating issues such as bad weather, mechanical failures, Holiday volume/back ups, or other
service level disruptions.
Transit Insurance
- All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Confirmed Shipping Address.
- In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact customer service to initiate a Claim.
Claims
- Claims for Damage or Non-Delivered Items must be submitted in writing through customer service. Please contact us directly via email
- If your package has been Confirmed as Delivered by the Carrier, but you do not believe you received the package, please contact the Carrier directly.
